Our Programs

Support That’s Grounded In Real Life And Truly Works!

We offer flexible fee-for-service options designed to fit your schedule, with specific programs and support available outside traditional 9-5 hours, including evenings and weekends.

Community Living Supports Program: Adults living in a community home and receiving 24-hour daily support in our community.
Supported Independent Living (SIL): Support adults 4-12 hours per week with daily living in our community.
Associate Family: Twenty-four (24) hour support to individuals (Foster Care); provides nurturing homes, within a family environment in our community.
Respite Support: Provides temporary support to primary caregivers in our community, includes day, evening, and overnight supports
Community Participation Supports/Day Programs: Offering a variety of educational and leisure activities including literacy, cooking, wellness, singing, dance, art, and much more.
Employment: Empowering individuals to achieve their career aspirations through employment readiness training, job placement assistance and ongoing support. We collaborate with local employers to create an inclusive workforce and provide supported individuals with meaningful work.
